You understand that there may be a danger associated with participating in virtual reality activities and that there is a risk of physical or psychological injury or health-related discomfort (including, but not limited to, nausea, disorientation, dizziness, discomfort, vertigo, seizures, motion sickness, general discomfort, headaches, or anxiety), as well as the risk of pain, suffering, death, temporary or permanent disability, and/or emotional loss resulting from participation in such virtual reality activities. You understand and freely and voluntarily agree to assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with your participation in Reset Immersive, including any application and any content made available through it. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably release and discharge fomo.scene and Arty Farty Brussels from any and all liability relating to any actions, causes of action, debts, claims, or demands of any kind and nature, known or unknown, and even if arising from fomo.scene and Arty Farty Brussels' negligence, arising from or in connection with your participation in Reset Immersive, including any application and any content made available through it.
